About Penbontbren Hotel

Converted from an old Welsh farm into a splendid homely hotel, Penbontbren is a rare gem tucked away in the beautiful rural countryside of West Wales. Meaning "above the wooden bridge", Penbontbren is the ideal place to experience a break with a truly Welsh flavour.

The hotel itself is beaming with character and you could sleep in what was originally the stable, the thrashing barn, the mill or even the granary. Each room has been carefully converted to maintain the traditional character of the original farm. The conversion has even won an award it's so good!

Dear Guests,

I am delighted to present The Penbontbren Hotel to you. I started in Autumn 2000 at Penbontbren and have been awarded 3 accolades in my first 4 months. But backed by my experience in sales and marketing in the IT industry I believe I can make a difference for my guests.

I have a dedicated and loyal team of friendly staff who continue to help me achieve my goals of taking Penbontbren forward to even better things.

Taking my motto of "Care, Comfort and Cuisine" right the way through the Hotel I intend to continually improve on existing standards thereby giving my guests an even more memorable time, whether they are here on business or holiday.

I like to give a personal welcome to all my guests and would be delighted to have you stay here.

I want my guests to tell me their comments, good or bad, to help me improve all aspects of the hotel for ultimately "my guests" deserve to have a truly memorable and pleasant stay.
