Serviced Accommodation

We aim to ensure that all our guests have comfortable facilities, that all requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcome throughout their stay.

Bedrooms

• There are two adapted bedrooms that can have a flexible arrangement of: king-sized bed or two single beds in each.
• There are level access showers and ensuite facilities.
• The adapted bedrooms are at ground level.
• Non-feather pillows and duvets are available.
• There is a telephone in every bedroom.

Main Building

• The main door is accessed by a gentle ramp.
• The counter in reception is low, to be accessible to wheelchair users.
• There is a ramp from the bar to the dining room available on request.
• Assistance dogs are welcomed at the hotel.
• The bars and reception are at ground level with no steps.
• The restaurant has flexible seating arrangements and waitress service.
• The car park is large and guests may park directly outside their rooms.
• The parking is free.
• Staff will assist guests with their luggage upon request.
• Staff will read menus and brochures to the guests upon request.
• Special dietary requirements are catered for – please specify at time of booking.
• Reception is open from 1pm to 11pm.
• There is no disabled toilet in the main hotel so disabled toilets in the rooms will be made available to non-resident diners if necessary.

General

• The owner lives on site and is usually available to assist guests when necessary.
• Some mobile phone networks provide service in the area.
• An angle poise lamp is available on request.
• All doors are wide enough for wheelchairs.
• Broadband is available to guests.
